The E-BOX Premium Protection Plan extends your standard one-year warranty to a hassle-free two-year premium care plan. This plan offers extended repair and replacement services to ensure your E-BOX electric heated lunch box remains functional and efficient throughout its use.

Coverage Includes:

  • Extended Repair/Replacement Plan: Coverage for manufacturing defects and malfunctions for a total of two years from the date of purchase.

  • Component Replacement: Free replacement of specific components if they are found to be defective or malfunctioning.

  • Full Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, a full replacement will be provided, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Coverage Exclusions:

  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, spills, or other accidents.

  • Misuse: Damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow the instructions provided with the product.

  • Lost Devices: This plan does not cover the replacement of lost devices.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The Premium Protection Plan is valid from the date of purchase for a period of two years.

  • The plan covers only manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions as per the user manual.

  • The plan does not cover intentional damage, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow the provided instructions.

  • Each component replacement or repair is limited to a reasonable number of claims within the warranty period.
